📦 Breezy Coffee Roasters – Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Breezy Coffee Roasters. We want you to love every bag you receive. Because coffee is a perishable, food-grade product, we are limited in the types of returns we can accept. Please read our policy below.


1. All Sales Are Final (Food Safety Law)

Due to FDA regulations and food safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened coffee bags

  • Unopened coffee bags

  • Any perishable items

Once coffee leaves our facility, it cannot be resold or restocked.


2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of issue

  • Photos (if damaged or wrong item)

We will send either:
✔ Replacement bag
✔ Store credit
✔ Refund (case-by-case)


3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered,” we cannot issue a refund for lost or stolen items.

Please check with your local USPS/UPS office. If you need help filing a claim, we can assist.


4. Canceling an Order

Orders can only be canceled before they are roasted or fulfilled.
After roasting/fulfillment, cancellation is no longer possible.


5. Coffee Quality Issues

If you are unhappy with the flavor, roast, or quality, please reach out within 7 days and we will work with you.
