1. Processing Time

All orders are roasted fresh and typically ship within:

  • 1–3 business days after purchase
    If we experience delays, we will notify you immediately.


2. Shipping Methods

We currently ship using:

  • USPS First Class

  • USPS Priority

  • UPS Ground (large orders)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates


3. Shipping Area

We ship to:

  • All U.S. states

  • U.S. territories

  • APO/FPO addresses

International shipping can be added later if desired.


4. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.


5. Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit:

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Email us if you need help filing a claim

We do not refund shipping costs unless the error is ours.


6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Customer is responsible for re-shipping fees
